Scott
I don’t always remember who I have Emailed. I don’t want to be redundant, and, I would like to be able to see what I sent. I get responses from people i have contacted, and I don’t allways remember what I said in the first place. The mind is going, you know.
What? Not good enough to answer? Ah, come on, I need an answer. Don’t make my cross post, I’ll get deleted again. Answer, please.
Thank You !

Meet Diana. She runs a catering firm and is always challenged with paying her five employees on time.

Although Diana likes her accountant, she’s overwhelmed by her finances. Her accountant sends her a CPA newsletter now and then – in the mail. The tips sometimes look useful, but she never reads them.

Now meet Angela. With her own business – she has three employees for her landscaping outfit – and two kids nearing college, she’s busy, too.

Nobody would deny that a monthly accounting newsletter pays in terms of both client retention and client acquisition. Your existing clients will appreciate that you’re taking time to keep them informed. Prospective clients, however, often require some time before they close. A monthly newsletter is the perfect way to keep your brand in front of them while you wait for that critical moment when, for whatever reason, the prospect finally needs your CPA services.

Angela gets a CPA newsletter, too – straight to her email account. She stars it and reads it later, when she has more time.

Last week, she read an article about the best college savings plans. She went straight to her accountant to set up a new account.

Both of these accountants are savvy business people. Both have websites and both get the concept of networking, but Angela’s accountant has learned how to use the website to cut her newsletter costs and make it more effective.

Emailed Newsletters Are Better for Clients and Prospects…

Clearly, Diana’s newsletter isn’t doing her any good.

Angela, however, gets a lot out of hers. It educates her about financial matters and gives her action steps that help her manage her complicated finances. It also helps her stay more connected to her accountant, which helps her feel in control.

Emailed Newsletters Are Better for Accountants…

With an emailed newsletter, a CPA firm is more efficient – saving time and money – and it has stronger client and prospect relationships, which leads to more clients and better client retention. Why?

Here are 6 reasons…

1. Saves Money: An emailed newsletter is far cheaper than a paper one. Let’s compare costs:

Costs of Paper Newsletter
• write content or buy license
• design and layout
• paper
• ink
• printer
• labels
• postage
Total = $800-$900 per issue / $9,600-$10,800 per year

Costs of Emailed Newsletter
Total = $0.00 (included in your web suite)

2. Saves Time

Not only do you have to pay for all the materials when you send a paper newsletter, but also you need to take the time to coordinate the writing, design, printing, and distribution.

Your emailed client newsletter is automatically uploaded to your site and then emailed to all your clients. If you want to take a few minutes to add a couple custom messages, you can; or just leave it as is. Your clients still receive a superior product.

3. Clients Actually Read Them

When clients receive a newsletter in the mail – stapled over, black and white – they usually recycle it. They have too many competing needs, and opening a piece of mail that’s not a bill is low on their list. They also might not choose to keep it around so it won’t clutter their living room.

Emailed newsletters, on the other hand, can be archived and read when the client has the time. Further, more and more people are used to reading and gathering information online. It fits with their schedule – they can read it at work, on the weekends, or on the commuter train. Design your email newsletter to drive the reader to your website. This way even if they don’t decide to act on the actual article there’s a good chance some other service will catch their eye that actually inspires them to act.

4. Go Green

Everyone is going green these days. The less paper and ink you use – as well as fuel for the delivery trucks and cargo jets – the better for our planet and the cheaper it is for you. Going green is good marketing, but it also saves you money.

Clients appreciate less waste, too. Emailing a newsletter reflects well on your firm.

5. Stronger Relationships

When client or prospect get an emailed newsletter, they hear from you once a month. If they have a festering tax or financial question, all they have to do is it “reply” to send you a message, or see your phone number on the newsletter and give you a call. This not only brings in new clients, but increases billable hours for the client you already have.

It’s a monthly reminder that you’re there and it provides a super-easy way to get in touch.

6. The Way of the Future

There’s no question that fewer and fewer professionals will send paper newsletters in the future. Email is the method used for all types of transactions, and that will only increase. Everyone needs to make the switch at some point.

CPA newsletters are for more effective when they’re emailed instead of mailed.

Just imagine being able to sit back and let clients come to you! Make the most of today’s online opportunities. It’s easier than you think. Most website providers include an emailed client newsletter with their service. If yours doesn’t there are provders that can plug one in for you. It benefits both you and your clients.

It is significantly cheaper than other advertising methods and it helps build credibility with your subscribers. As a result, you can generate more sales and profits. The foundation for successful email marketing is a targeted, responsive and permission-based email list. If you have a list of subscribers that trust you and consider you an expert, you’ve completed the first step and are on your way! Below you will several list-building ideas that will help you make the most of your email marketing efforts:

Provide useful, relevant and unique content. Your visitors will not give you their email addresses just because they can subscribe to your newsletter free of charge. You have to provide unique and valuable information that will be useful to your subscribers.

Add a subscription form to every page of your website. Make sure it stands out so it is easy to find. If appropriate, you can also include it in more than one place. For instance, your opt-in form might always appear in the top-left corner of your site, while you also include an opt-in at the bottom of some of your popular articles.

Make it easy for your reader to sign up. The more information you request, the fewer people will opt-in. In most cases, a name and an email address should suffice. If it’s not necessary, don’t include it here. (Note: If you don’t have a Privacy Policy, put the words “privacy policy generator” into a search engine and you should be able to find a suitable form for your readers to review.

Publish a Privacy Policy. Let your readers know that they can be confident you will not share their information with others. The easiest way to do this is to set up a Privacy Policy web page and provide the link to it below your opt-in form.

Show your first issue or other sample to your visitors. This lets potential subscribers review your newsletter before they sign up to determine if it is something they’d be interested in.

Archive past newsletter issues. A “library” of past newsletters is both appealing and useful to visitors and builds your credibility as an authority. In addition, if your articles are written with good SEO techniques in mind, they can send additional traffic to your web site through good search engine positioning.

Contact other newsletter publishers. Introduce yourself and explore ways you may be able to help each other. Perhaps you can introduce other publisher’s newsletters or print articles they have written to your list, with a link to sign up. When you contact them, be sure to tell them why you think THEIR readers would like what you have to offer and why YOUR readers would benefit from their newsletters. This is a win-win scenario; both of you will build your lists faster!

Give away bonuses subscribers can use. Create an opt-in bonus for joining your subscriber list. You can write an ebook or PDF report, or even hire a programmer to create downloadable or web-based software. But don’t limit yourself to only a gift for new opt-ins. Remind your readers that the next bonus is coming soon. People hate to miss out on things. If you systematically pass on “goodies” throughout the year, your subscribers are unlikely to leave.

Ask your subscribers to pass it on. Word of mouth is a powerful viral technique that works great with email marketing. If your subscribers find the content you share with them to be informative, they will pass your newsletter on to their friends. This can be a good source of new subscribers.

Let others reprint your newsletter as long as the content is not modified. Many webmasters and newsletter publishers are actively looking for high-quality content and, if they reprint your newsletter, you will get new subscribers, traffic and links pointing to your site.

Include a “Sign Up” button in the newsletter. If you are using plain text instead of HTML, provide a text link to your subscription page. You may feel that this is not required because the subscriber is already on your list, but remember that readers will forward your newsletters to others, or reprint it online. You want to make it easy for them to subscribe.

Add a squeeze page. A squeeze page has one goal ? to get an opt-in and build your list. Think of it like a mini-sales letter for your subscription or opt-in bonus. It features a powerful headline and a couple of very important benefits that should make subscribers salivate to sign up to your list. Once created, use a service such as WordTracker to find hundreds of targeted keywords, and advertise there using pay-per-click advertising from Google, MSN and Yahoo.

Include testimonials on your squeeze page. This is crucial. Put 1 or 2 strong testimonials from satisfied subscribers on your squeeze page. This can be in any format, but you may find that multimedia (audio or video social proof) is more “believable”. To increase that believability, include full names, locations and/or urls; don’t use “Bob K, FL” as a testimonial name.

Blog religiously. Blogging is a great way to communicate with your potential customers, and it creates a nice synergy with your email marketing. Be sure to include your newsletter sign-up form on each page of your blog. You can start a free blog at Blogger or Wordpress.

Post on other blogs. Post great comments and information on similar blogs with a link to your squeeze or opt-in page. Also comment on others’ blogs through trackbacks. In most cases, your comments will be posted on their blogs with a link back to your site. This is an easy way to generate new traffic and subscribers.

Harold Cohen interviews Jon Jackson he Hungary Prayer Manuscript of 1192 illustrates what can only be the Shroud of Turin, predating the earliest possible date of manufacture calculated by the AMS Carbon 14 testing. All of what I have explained above can be found in the voluminous scientific and popular literature on the shroud of Turin. At this point, I would like to offer a different paradigm for assessing the accuracy of the 14th century date and the resulting claim that the shroud is the work of a 14th century forger. Again, this article is not addressing the issue of whether or not the Shroud of Turin was the burial cloth of Jesus of Nazareth and its value as a “relic” of Christianity. It addresses only whether the shroud is a genuine archaeological artifact of a 1st century crucifixion. This paradigm assumes that the radiocarbonists’ claim that the Shroud of Turin is a 14th century forgery is correct. It is based on what that conclusion tells us about the forger. It tells us that: 1. The forger first painted the bloodstains before he painted the image. 2. The forger integrated forensic qualities to his image that would only be known 20th century science. 3. The forger duplicated blood flow patterns in perfect forensic agreement to blood flow from the wrists at 65° from vertical to suggest the exact crucifixion position of the arms. 4. The forger “painted” the blood flows with genuine group AB blood that he had “spiked” with excessive amounts of bilirubin since the …

Whether you are a niche marketer or a search engine optimization professional, having access to the right research tools can make all the difference. The right keyword tool will allow you to create lists and optimize your campaigns in a more efficient way.
Keyword Elite is one of the top keyword research tools in the search industry. It allows you to create huge lists (50,000+ keywords) in a rapid fashion. The software is designed specifically for niche hunters and pay per click marketers. You can find out what keywords are being used in your niche and how much you are expected to pay for them. The software works with Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, and many other search engines to grab the keyword information. In addition, you can import WordTracker and Keyword Discovery subscription information into Keyword Elite to enhance its functionality.
Keyword Elite’s spying features allow you to spy on your competitors without them knowing it. You can create projects on your competitors and keep track of their every move at all times.
The interface is user friendly, and it does allow you to import and export your keyword. You can choose from the numerous filters available to get the information that you are looking for.
Keyword Elite is also useful to product marketers. With this tool, you can gather a lot of valuable information on your niche and the products that folks may be ready to buy in that niche. In addition, you can find out about the current products in your niche to see whether there is an opportunity for you to pounce on.
Keyword Elite is not perfect. The interface could be enhanced, and you can always have more export formats. In addition, the software is not compatible with Mac OS, though you can use Parallel Software to run it on Apple computers as well.
Keyword Elite is not a cheap software. It is designed for heavy hitter niche and PPC marketers. Even so, there is no recurring fee required to use this software. In addition, the updates are provided free of charge. If you are a pay per click marketer, you may be able to use this software package to enhance your lists and grow your business.
If you want to read more about the features of Keyword Elite and compare some competitive keyword tools, recommend Keyword Elite Software.
