I have a business degree with general computer knowledge.?

I want a change in my career and like working with computers. If i recieved a certificate in Forensic Computer Examiner, or CCNA, A+ can i still qualify for jobs or starting a business or do you need four year college degrees?
correction: a four year degree in computers

    If you want to work with computer programming, you would probably need to gain some more knowledge with the different types of computer language like Linx, C++, Java, HTML etc.
